They tell you that buying a house is stressful, but nothing can really prepare you for the whole experience. We knew we were selling two years ago, and planned everything – our finances, the remodeling, logistics, all of it. My advice? Pick your realtor carefully and communicate freely with them regarding every nuance, every need.

Michelle was patient, clear, knowledgable, responsible, and responsive; she generally showed all the attributes we needed. One outstanding attribute she has is that she was always thinking about what was going to be our best strategy, time, and opportunity to sell the house.
